On the same day his friend, Roger Federer, won Wimbledon, Tiger Woods won the AT&T National. The win gives Woods his 3rd PGA victory of the season. Woods overcame Hunter Mahon's record-tying 62 with a final round 3 under 67 for a one shot victory. Woods finished the tournament at 13 under par 267 and like any other gracious host, interviewed himself. I guess if I was Tiger Woods I would interview myself as well.
With his 68th PGA tour career win, Tiger moved to the top of the FedEx Cup standings for the first time this year. Today, two of the world's most dominant athletes showcased why they stand alone in their respective sports.
