Seriously, who in the damn world is Y.E. Yang? Has anyone outside of Seoul, South Korea ever heard this guys name before? C'mon, he sounds like a member of some Asian street gang that is blasting up some asses over in LA. Yet, this guy who we have never even heard of before, became the first man to defeat the best closer in the game, Tiger Woods, when he enters the last round with a lead.
We all know that Tiger has struggled mightily in Majors this year(missing the cut at the US Open), but coming into this weekend at the PGA he was playing like a man possessed. Tiger busted out of the gates and took a commanding lead and remained slow and steady throughout the weekend, until today when he became human. Y.E Yang shocked the world, he defeated the man that cannot be defeated on Sunday's. He was a giant killer on one random Sunday and now he'll get his ass back on a plan to South Korea and never be heard from again. Congratulations, Y.E. Yang.
Tiger is still the greatest golfer to ever play the game, and there is no doubt in my mind that he'll come back next year with guns blazing and dominate the field once again, but this year was definitely not the year of the Tiger.
