The Kansas City Royals are in first place.

I think we can declare the apocalypse is upon us...

That's right, folks...The KANSAS CITY ROYALS are in first place after 26 games...

The kicker? This is not a terrible team. They're, actually, pretty dagone good! Memphis Roar now reporting..

How quickly news travels!

Memphis Roar is confirming that Eric Bledsoe will be a University of Kentucky Wildcat next season.

Rivals.com recruiting analyst, Jerry Meyer has stated signing Bledsoe will give UK the #1 class in the country.

If the commitment rings true, it will be interesting to see how this affects the John Wall recruitment process...

Wall has stated publicly that Bledsoe's decision will not affect his decision, but the truth on that matter remains to be seen.

Calipari has, possibly, taken UK from zero capable point guards and a team on the outer banks of the top 25...to a legitimate sweet 16-elite 8 contender before coaching his first game.

Gary Parrish was heard on the radio today stating his belief that UK will be the destination for the 5-Star PG, among other rumblings throughout the day.

Looks good for Calipari and the Cats...
