It's been a rather tumultuous offseason in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, and the Percy Harvin hold-out was more than fans wanted to deal with after the Brett Favre Fiasco and Tavaris Jacskon injuries. Today brought them news that will alleviate those frustrations, because Harvin has inked a five year deal with the Vikes.
Harvin hopes to provide the Vikings with a versatility that is coveted throughout the league with the establishment of the wildcat formation. Harvin will also be able to provide Brad Childress with a speedy threat on the outside and a big play threat in the return game.
Good news for Vikings fans, they needed it.
